FAQ - Frequently asked questions
Can I choose a different colour for each bottle?
Yes. You choose amber or frosted independently for each hand soap and each body wash in the set.
How does the refill work?
Fill the dispenser with warm water and drop in a refill. Hand soap: wait until the tablet has fully dissolved. Body wash: shake in the powder. New soap without throwing away the bottle.
Is the soap vegan?
Yes. Both the hand soap and the body wash are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
How long does a set last?
The starter kit includes refills that last a long time. When they run out, you top up with new refills.
When will my order ship?
We normally ship within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your package is on its way.
