When purchasing products from Elico.no, you as a customer are protected by Norwegian consumer rights. This includes the right to make a complaint about the product if it turns out to have a defect or fault. Below you will find detailed terms for complaints about products purchased from Elico.no.
Have you received an item from us that is faulty or do you want to make a complaint about a product you purchased from us online?
Please do not return the item until you have contacted us via email. When contacting our customer service, we need you to provide your order number, the product in question and a description of the defect. If possible, you can also send a picture of the defect.

Deficiencies or errors
A defect or error is a deviation from what was agreed between the customer and Elico.no, or what can be expected from the product's description and properties. This also includes errors that occur as a result of normal use over time. The customer must report the defect or error as soon as possible after it is discovered, and at the latest within a reasonable time.
Missing complaint
If the customer does not complain within a reasonable time after a defect or error has been discovered or should have been discovered, this may result in the right to complain and the warranty lapse. It is therefore important to report the defect or error as soon as possible.
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, neither are we. We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days and contact customer service at support@elico.no if you have any problems or questions about how to best use the product.
If you are still not satisfied, we will refund the full amount back to the original payment method used. You as the customer are responsible for any costs associated with returns. Please contact customer service and we will guide you on how to return the products to us so that we can reuse, recycle or safely dispose of the returned items as appropriate. After all, we are doing our best to reduce waste!
Unfortunately, for practical reasons, we cannot offer our 30-day money-back guarantee for samples.
