Help & FAQ

How do refills work, and how long does one last?

Fill the dispenser with warm water and drop in a refill. Hand soap: wait until the tablet has fully dissolved. Body wash: shake in the powder. One refill makes a full 300 ml bottle, which lasts roughly one to two months with normal use.

Does everything ship in one parcel?

Yes. The whole bundle ships together, normally within 1 to 3 working days, and you get a tracking link by email. Your cart shows how much is left until free shipping.

What if I am not happy with it?

You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Write to support@elico.no and we will help you, and if you are still not happy, you get your money back. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Can I subscribe to a set?

The sets are a one-off purchase. If you want refills to arrive automatically, set up a subscription on the refill page and change, skip or cancel whenever you like.
